A Warning and a Prayer for Our Nation
Oh dear. It seems Prince William may now be embracing the same interfaith approach as his father, the King. As a Christian, I do not believe Islam is a religion of peace as it is often presented, but one that raises serious concerns when examined against biblical truth. It is deception and is really about war not peace.
I feel a deep burden to pray for the Royal Family at this time, especially Prince William and King Charles.
As a Christian, I believe this nation was built on Christian foundations and biblical truth, and we must not lose sight of that heritage. Scripture warns us about spiritual deception and the need for discernment in these times.
My prayer is that Prince William's eyes would be opened to the truth of Jesus Christ, who said "I am the way and the truth and the life" (John 14:6). May he walk in wisdom and not be influenced by beliefs that do not align with the Gospel.
I also pray for King Charles, that God would bring a spiritual awakening and a renewed conviction of the truth of Christ. That there would be a return to the Christian values of faith, truth, righteousness and moral courage.
This is not about hatred toward anyone, because Jesus calls us to love all people, but also to stand firm in truth. We are living in times where good is called evil and evil is called good, and Christians must pray more than ever.
Lord, remove deception, bring revelation, and turn hearts back to You. May truth triumph over confusion and may Your Kingdom purposes prevail in the United Kingdom.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face… then I will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)
