Unveiling the Vision
I served as Director of Leeds Healing Rooms for four years, from 2014–2018. It was a season of strengthening, refining, and going deeper into the supernatural things of God. When the Healing Rooms closed, I asked the Lord, “What should I do next?” His answer was clear: “Write!”
This book is like the Healing Rooms in written form. I carry a burning desire to share what I learned behind the curtain of those prayer encounters—the secrets of connecting with the healing, all-powerful God. I believe The Lion’s Roar is God’s roar through me, shaking off chains of abuse and lies that bind His people.
Everything I share flows out of real revelations and encounters with Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. I have encountered Him as the Lion of Judah, whose pounce—or impartation—is always perfectly timed. He is my God, the Holy One of Israel. He has raised me from a fearful one into a fierce one—no longer afraid to roar and confront the darkness.
Like Gideon, I once hid in fear, but God called me “mighty warrior.” That same transformation He has worked in me, He longs to release in you. My prayer is that as you read these pages, you will receive a holy boldness and a lion-hearted courage to rise from your stuck place, shake off the chains, and take the land for Jesus.
